Encapsulated system that replaces the floor deck. For timber suspended floors.

Structural system that encapsulates and interlocks the pipe between a deck and AL HEX foiled cover panel. This replaces the floor deck used in timber constructions on a joisted or batten floor. Acoustic insulation can be integrated where sound reduction is important.

Panel thickness:
28mm (inc a 6mm Woodfibre cover panel)
30mm (inc a 8mm Cement Particle board cover panel)

Weight with water:
From approx 20kg/m²

Suitable for:
Suspended timber or batten floors with centres up to 600mm

Pipe centres:
150mm using 12mm pipe
