Our technical engineers are at the heart of what we do here at Bauserv.

They work with customers on an individual project basis to ensure the most suitable and efficient products are quoted, specified and ordered, taking into account all structural, acoustic and thermal performance variables.

DESIGN

Bauserv can supply either a complete system or a part-system, depending on requirements. For part-systems, our systems are designed to connect to existing infrastructure  (such as adding UFH to an existing heat source in refurb projects) or harmonise with products supplied from a 3rd party (such as heat interface units or heat pumps).  Working with our partners we provide system layouts tailored to project requirements with a range of technical data and notes supporting the performance of the system.

All Bauserv quotes are generated following assessment of the project documentation, listing product options, pricing and performance notes. Understanding commercial relationships, our quotes are competitive, clear and comprehensive.

MATERIAL LIST

A comprehensive materials list is provided for every project we supply. The list can also be supplied in modules to align with a phased delivery schedule, or as part of a call-off process as the project reaches key stages.
