Our team works directly with contractors and subcontractors throughout the planning, design, and delivery of a project, from its beginning to its end.

No matter the project size or budget, we work with our partners to ensure adherence to any constraints regarding delivery, cost and quality.

WORK SCHEDULES

The Bauserv approach is to provide a wholly flexible approach to deliver successful projects. For example, for larger projects, we can provide a work schedule to track progress of latest designs, material requirements, deliveries made and invoicing.

This schedule is referenced as and when required to ensure delivery schedules are administered and processed correctly as the project reaches key stages. An important part of the scheduling process is programming the schedule into Bauserv’s MRP system to ensure the correct materials are in stock to meet project needs.
