TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Bauserv works with specifiers and designers to finalise system specifications and schematics at the project design phase.

This knowledge is then to hand to assist the installation teams during the first and second fix stages.

Bauserv works with installation contractors to assist in the delivery and installation of the system in line with the specification and design that has been produced. Bauserv can also assist with advice and services for installation training, testing, commissioning, and handover.

PRE-CONTRACT

Our engineers are available to discuss specific project requirements and the integration and performance of our products and systems. 

DURING CONTRACT

During the design process, our engineers update and revise our designs to match comments and requirements along with explaining the impact of these.

 

  • We do not offer an installation, contracting or sub-contracting service. However, we do offer:
    – Project management, Bauserv offers a flexible resource working with its customers. For larger projects this can include the provision of material and invoicing schedules ensuring that your project is accurately tracked.
    – For smaller projects this could be confirming your delivery requirements.
  • Initial training and advice when installing our systems.
  • Support for our contractors with ongoing technical queries during the installation process.
POST CONTRACT

Bauserv continues its support through its sub-contractors to all stakeholders post-completion. This support can range from advice to provision of final design information.
